Appointment Policy

HERE AT BRUSH IT IN, I RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT SPECIALLY FOR YOU, SO I ASK THAT IF YOU MUST RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH 24-HOUR NOTICE. 

A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ALL APPOINTMENTS. IN THE EVENT OF A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION OR "NO SHOW,"YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

 

KINDLY ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, I WILL DO MY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR APPOINTMENT, BUT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE(S) YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED. I WILL ALWAYS DO MY BEST TO TAKE CARE OF MY CUSTOMERS. AT BRUSH IT IN I AM COMMITTED TO ALWAYS PROVIDING THE UTMOST CARE, KINDNESS, AND RESPECT TO ALL MY CLIENTS.
 

I REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE WHO IS RUDE, HOSTILE OR DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS ME.
