It is my priority to provide thorough consultations for all services provided at BRUSH IT IN. However, it is each client's responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history and to reveal any of the items listed below as they may cause negative reactions to salon chemical services.
Use of henna or vegetable dye
Use of box color (metallic salts/compounds)
Use of color remover
Use of Brazilian or Keratin treatment
Use of relaxer or perm
Previously over-processed hair
Hot tool thermal damage
Use of over-mineralized water (hard water)
*Any damage caused to the hair as a result of untold information during the consultation is not the responsibility of the salon or stylist.
I strive to build trust and long term relationships with my clients. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your service, please reach out to me within 7 days of your original service date and I will gladly provide you a complimentary adjustment. Adjustment services are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no additional charge. I do not offer refunds on any services.
